Gender Neutral Pricing 

We are happy to be a Gender Neutral Salon - meaning our prices aren't based on "men's" or "women's" cuts. Instead we price based on: 
  • Hair Length
  • Hair Thickness
  • Hair Texture
  • Desired Outcome

 We're also a Level System Salon. That means each stylist's level reflects their demand for time: 
  • Level 1 = More Availability
  • Level 4 = High Demand
We also have Associates - our amazing beginner stylists - who offer discounted rates as they learn, grow, and master their craft, through monthly education, in and out of the salon. 

No matter the level, you'll always get our signature Fix Hair  Lounge experience.

CANCELATION POLICY

Although we understand that life happens, we require 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment, to ensure we will be able to book that time for another client. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Being late more than 15 minutes may result in cancelation appointment. Please call to let us know if you are going to be late.
